The monitoring of goods within international seafreight transport plays a highly important role for the Hellmann network, whose customers place great value on high-level security – along the entire supply chain and especially for valuable, sensitive and temperature-based goods.

 

EUROGATE

EUROGATE is Europe’s leading container terminal logistics group. And together with Contship Italia, it operates ten container terminals from the North Sea to the Mediterranean – while a new oceanic terminal in Wilhelmshaven is currently under construction. EUROGATE’s range of competencies is rounded out by intermodal services and specialised logistics management. Since the very beginning of SecureSystem and its development, we have successfully profited from EUROGATE’s expertise.

Westerwälder Eisenwerk GmbH

Westerwälder Eisenwerk GmbH provides customer-oriented solutions worldwide in the development and manufacture of high-quality tank containers and special tanks, as well as for their integration in logistical processes. As an experienced and innovative company, WEW has built its reputation on transparency and safety. This is why EADS Astrium is cooperating with WEW on the development of modular, integratable applications of SecureSystem for drinking-water and fuel containers, especially for the performance of safety-sensitive tasks. A fully equipped and functioning container-based drinking water supply was successfully unveiled to the public in October 2009.
